We recently sold our home through Hewlett Homes. We didn’t have much luck with selling with a previous agent but less than 4 days on the market with Hewlett Homes, we got our first offer. Becky was absolutely amazing, communicated through the whole process, would call with updates, chased solicitors for us. I really couldn’t have asked for more. I would 100% recommend Hewlett Homes if you’re selling or purchasing a property. And thank you to the team for everything!

I first had the pleasure of meeting with Damian from Hewlett homes last year after I sold my property and put an offer in on a house they were marketing. I then got moved over to the move manager of Hewlett homes Becki. For me this was where the company shined - the communication was outstanding and I couldn’t fault them. Unfortunately my sale fell through and I lost the property I was buying but decided to re-market with them as I was very disappointed with our previous estate agents! Damian, Brandon and Becki were fabulous and got my property a new buyer after only a few weeks! I put an offer in with a house the were marketing as well and I’m now in my forever home with my family thanks to them! This family run business has its customers at heart and I felt very fortunate to have found an estate agents that were so kind and attentive. The team at Hewlett Homes are fantastic! Right from the start of when I viewed the property they displayed excellent customer service! Due to work commitments, I asked if I could have a viewing late on a Friday. Damian called me straight back and arranged a viewing for me. I arrived early and he was already there to meet me. Although late on a Friday I wasn't rushed at all and felt like a valued customer. His knowledge of the property was excellent and any question I had, he knew the answer. After this, the service I received from Becky and Brandon was excellent. They always answered the phone calls and emails straight away. Even if I mailed late in the evening. I was kept informed of updates at all times and helped along with their expert knowledge. I popped into the estate agents to catch up on how the purchase was going and spoke with Beth. Again, excellent service from her! She was keen to talk and I didn't feel like I was being rushed, even if she was busy! I collected the keys for the property today from the Becky, however I was offered the keys to be dropped to my work to save me coming down. Again, an excellent display of good customer service. She was keen to chat to me all about the Property, offered me future advice and thanked me for buying though them. I was even given a wine of my choice as a gift! HEWLETT HOMES ARE AMAZING! My husband and I both work in the property industry, so we've seen our fair share of difficult chains, unresponsive solicitors, and disappointing estate agents. We were part of a three-property chain, with Hewlett Homes handling the sale of our property to first-time buyers. To say the process was stressful would be an understatement. We had three anticipated completion dates, endless phone calls, countless emails, and so much uncertainty. It was genuinely one of the most stressful experiences we've ever been through. However, Hewlett Homes were an absolute breath of fresh air. They consistently answered the phone, even outside normal office hours, kept us updated with texts (emails and calls), responded promptly to emails, and tirelessly chased everyone involved whenever progress stalled. Their communication and dedication were outstanding from start to finish. I don't often recommend estate agents, but I cannot recommend Hewlett Homes highly enough. In fact, I'd happily invite the team over for Christmas dinner! Without their support, I honestly believe we'd have been far more stressed, exhausted, and possibly still waiting to move. If you're thinking of selling your home, this is the company you want by your side. A huge thank you to the entire team, and a very special mention to Rebecca, who went above and beyond in every way imaginable. Her commitment, professionalism, and genuine care made all the difference. If we ever decide to move again, Hewlett Homes will be my first call without hesitation.

Outstanding customer service

We chose Hewlett homes to market our mothers home in 2025. We had invited two other estate agents but chose Hewlett because of local knowledge and a refreshingly professional approach. The property was sold but the chain broke, Hewlett homes remained steadfast in their reassurance to ourselves and the property completed last month. During this time Damian and Rebecca were exemplary in keeping the chain “alive “, nothing was ever too much for them especially as we were managing this sale remotely from 250 miles away. If your wish list is for a minimum stress free sale then look no further than this agency, they are a breath of fresh air and have our highest possible commendation.

“I don’t know where to start. We had the pleasure of getting to know the owner’s son, and we had a very pleasant meeting at our home for the valuation. However, from that point on, we never saw him again, and he didn’t even bother to speak to us. They wasted about 9 months of our time without giving us any reason why we couldn’t complete the sale, so we were eventually forced to pull out. My partner and I were so impressed with Hewlett Homes right from our initial meeting and we knew very quickly that we wanted to list our home with them. We have been so pleased with the service and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Beautiful Marketing photos compared to others and feedback given on how many views property was getting online which was a nice touch. Hewlett Homes sold our home for us recently, and we cannot fault them at all. From the moment Brandon valued our house until we completed, they were excellent and restored our faith in estate agents. They would regularly touch base with updates on the market and what has recently had interest/sold, we found this useful as it gave an idea on what was going on with the market and also meant we weren't left in the lurch with no updates at all when the viewings were quiet. It wasn't the quickest of sales (due to a slow market) but it was probably one of the smoothest, and that's down to Hewlett Homes. Rebecca, the Move Manager, was incredibly pro-active and chased regularly for updates and provided us with these in a timely manner. Quite often they coinsided with updates directly from our solicitor but she still chased regardless. Regular chasing like Rebecca does is worth it's weight in gold! Any queries we had were responded to promptly and members of staff were quick to pick off emails in other's absence due to leave etc. All of the staff were personable and easy to get on with. We've recommended them to several people who are looking to, or already have put their homes on the market. Thank you to all at Hewlett Homes!
