Having never really rented before and hearing horror stories about Lettings Agents, I was somewhat trepidatious before beginning my tenancy. I needn’t have worried. From the moment I stepped into the office Domenica and Danielle guided me through the process and were helpful, courteous and did everything to ensure that the process went without a hitch. I cannot recommend Belvoir Weston enough. Although I understand a Letting Agent’s primary responsibility is to the Landlord, you are never made to feel that way. Domenica is so good at managing Landlord’s expectations that if I ever needed to report a problem, this was solved very expeditiously and communication was excellent. The same can be said when my tenancy came to an end. Good communication and no issues with return of deposits. I would highly recommend Belvoir from a tenant’s perspective and wish D & D much future success! Emma

We just completed the paperwork on our new flat with Belvoir and it was a professional, and pleasant experience from top to bottom. As recent arrivals in the UK, we were naturally quite nervous about the barriers to renting and had even had somewhat unfair treatment from another agency. This was not the case with Belvoir. The team in Weston were accommodating and attentive throughout the viewing and referencing process. They were knowledgeable and demonstrated an expertise that only comes with experience. Beyond professional expertise, the team is incredibly friendly and personable: great work done by great people, highly recommended!

Oh Belvoir I miss you already! Domenica you have been a wonder to deal with and I will miss our chats! You had welcomed us straight away even going so far as to wait passed your normal closing time so we could pick up the keys to our new flat when we were stuck in traffic. You were always willing to help us when we had any issues and you and the team were delightful to deal with! I would recommend you and the team for anybody looking to rent. I was searching for a house for last 1 month and I had approached different agencies to get a house ..but there was so much of delay with all the agencies that I had approach . They promised that they r going to give house after that they use to say we are going to do the paperwork’s then there won’t give any updates then we start calling them several times they use to say ‘ I’m sorry it has been taken by other ‘ it was really a nightmare to get one house . Finally we found this agency very professional very straightforward . Has gone through all the paperwork’s quickly . I was looking for a property to rent in Weston-Super-Mare. I saw some houses, some apartments and even made applications but they were not accepted. The agencies were not even trying to steer me to a possible lease. Until I found the agency Belvoir-Weston-Super-Mare. Although the first application was rejected, Mrs. Domenica Young and the rest of the staff did not give up, they did not rest until I got a property in accordance with what I was looking for. In a couple of days I was already doing the paperwork. They didn't make me feel like I was a "customer", I felt like a "friend". Shak and Haleema have been outstanding from start to finish, We enquired about a flat one evening to which I had a call first thing in the morning from Haleema who was very professional and friendly on the phone, she managed to arrange a viewing with 2 days and I fell in love with the property! Haleema then managed to get me and my partner a chance to meet the landlord at the property within a week, To which I met Shak who again was very professional and friendly. After speaking with the landlord, Shak then spoke to me after explaining the referencing process and told me he would have it all emailed over to me by the end of the day and he stuck to his word. We sent off for referencing which all got approved. We then had a call to arrange a signing all paperwork and collect the keys. Shak then gave me and my partner a beautiful hamper for our new home. All this in 2 weeks! Honestly the best estate agent and best experience I've had dealing with this. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy or rent in the area. Thank you both for everything!

From the first moment we stepped through the door, Domenica could not have been more helpful. She listened to what we needed and immediately knew where to place us. She rang a landlord straight away whose property was not yet on the market as she felt it would be perfect for us. Outstanding professional service! I have used Belvoir on three occasions to let my property and found them to be the best management company I have ever used. I have been letting properties for over thirty years: they are by far the best. I will be using them as long as they are in business and would not consider any other company. I was looking for an agent to manage my property. I went to a few estate agents run by the larger companies to make enquiries but straightaway I found them very pushy and overpowering. I didn't like their approach. When I found Belvoir next to one of the estate agent I thought I might give the smaller business a go. The first time I met Domenica I found her very warm and very approachable and very knowledgable. She found me a great tenant very quickly and sorted everything out very quickly and very efficiently. Her management and service is absolutely 5 stars and she always keep me inform and always find me the best solution and give me great advise. I would highly recommend her. She by far the best letting agent in Weston-Super-Mare.
