GoogleSuperb letting agency. As a tenant, I’ve rented a number of places over the years and no one has been so caring and flexible as Showan and his team.
From the initial enquiry to the return of my deposit two years later my experience has been very smooth and fair. SWO and Co show that a personal touch and agents that care about your tenants can still be found.
I wish all agents were like this.

GoogleReview for SWO & Co Real Estate Agency
I recently rented a property through SWO & Co in the heart of London, specifically in Zone 1, Kensington. Thanks to the founder and his incredible team, I found a spacious apartment with excellent renovation at an unbeatable price of just £1700, with a future increase to £1850 after two years. I lived there comfortably for three years.
Throughout my tenancy, the agency was exceptionally responsive, attending to any issues in the apartment promptly. They ensured the communal areas were kept clean and maintained high standards of safety regarding fire safety and electrical compliance. They even arranged for an external company to clean the building's windows.
The agency was considerate and only contacted me for necessary safety inspections, which were always scheduled at convenient times. Upon my departure, they assisted with cosmetic repairs and repainting at a cost much lower than if I had arranged it myself. They also organized affordable cleaning services and quickly returned my deposit.
Moreover, they provided me with an outstanding reference, which greatly facilitated renting my next property. I highly recommend SWO & Co for their professionalism, reliability, and exceptional customer service.

Hi Stefani,
Apologies for the late response, I just noticed your review.
Thank you for taking the time to leave this feedback and we are sorry to hear this. Studio apartment was no longer available as we had agreed a let with another applicant, who reserved the property at the time, prior to receiving your email enquiring if the property was still available. The property was still on the market as the applicant experienced a few issues completing the necessary paperwork and it took some time for the right to rent/ reference checks to be completed. I could not just cancel her out and proceed with another because she took longer than expected. Apologies for the inconvenience.

GoogleBest landlords I’ve ever experienced, kind, understanding and genuine. I would honestly recommend to anyone I know. We rented a beautiful flat from them in high street Ken - sad to leave but onto other adventures.

GoogleI worked with Mr S and the SWO & Co and I have nothing bad to say about him and his way of working. Always available, nice and always able to support and help. I have been living in London for few years and never had such a good experience with the home search considering the challenging market.

GoogleWonderful local estate agent, operating in the area since way back. They will manage your property well and fairly, without all the nonsense and overpricing of big estate agents.
