I have been working with Starberry for over 6 years. I've found all staff to be very helpful and always available. We use their complete service including social media, SEO, google ads, editing etc. In particular I would like to shout out three staff who I have found to be particularly amazing. Franklyn, he is my account manager. He is one of the hardest working people I've ever met, always available, always striving to help us get to the next level. Deepak, he has been editing videos for us. The quality of his edits have been superb. We've had more followers, more reach and more leads since he has been helping us. And finally last but not least Krishna. He has been helping us with SEO. He's work has got us onto the first page and top three in loads of search terms. Since he has come on board our results have been superb. Thank you all for your efforts.

It appears that once you place an order the work is issued to an overseas agent, this makes communication very difficult using broken English, in addition there is a total lack of knowledge relating to search terms, English pronunciation of local areas and cities, despite complaints and many requests for contact by a UK based contact they simply do not engage.

To say we would be foundering without Starberry may sound surprising but not only are we about to launch a awesome new website, not only do we get great marketing from a company that knows the property market better than almost anyone - as they advise many of the best agents - but we also get that intangible advice on taking our business to the next level. I've been working with Starberry now for ~9 months across both paid media and website development. All of the team are great to work with and we have delivered on timescales for the wider business as well as improved digital performance significantly over the past half year. Developing a whole new web architecture for our 11 brands, each website rollout has been seamless to the point where we have launched 5 new sites in little over 3 months. Having never worked with an agency whose primary operational staff are abroad I was concerned about how well the project would run. However, Alex and his team have followed instructions well and come up with solutions to all our problems. The website is clean and user-friendly and has some excellent features. The technology the team use to communicate with clients is in some cases better than having an account manager who can visit. Bugherd, in particular, is an excellent piece of reporting software that made the snagging process easy and trackable. The team at Starberry have all been friendly, helpful, patient and efficient. I would recommend them.
