GoogleDealt with Dean Algafar at the St. John’s Wood office. Can only describe the experience as one of efficiency , professionalism with a sprinkle of a personal touch . From the first viewing until I moved in , Dean has been keeping me uptodate on all aspects of the move and endvoured to answer all of my questions. Great service all way round . If anyone needs a good agent then they need to call Dean .

Google“Estate agents have invariably had a poor Press, but it is not always merited. My experience with the Savills team has been almost exemplary. It has been a difficult market in recent months, but the enthusiasm and diligence of Alicia and Zach has been almost overwhelming. There was a fair amount of pressure on what was a receivership sale. Despite the market conditions and without undue pressure from the vendor, Savills secured an enormous number of viewings, and eventually, a competitive situation which had to be handled with care as well as discretion. Savills’ team achieved both, and showed tactical aptitude Weekend viewings, Bank holiday viewings, constant communication with me---nothing was too much. Whoever is the Savills mobile telephone provider will have benefited massively!”

GoogleFabulous experience with Robert Lerner and Savills in general! We initially connected with him looking at general online properties to rent. Even though we began our rental house search from Los Angeles several months before arriving, Robert helped keep us in the loop with available properties and generally guiding us to what might work or not. Robert made sure to not push us, but to check-in and share property links he thought would interest us. As we got a feel of what was on the market and inquired about properties that were not even Savills, he took the time to go to a property and send us videos. While we were simply looking to rent (for now), his attention made us feel like we were not a hassle to him and that he had the time to help. Once we arrived, he connected us at short notice and within the hour with another Savills agent closer to where we found a property we wanted to view. And, at the end of the day Savills helped us find something in less than a week of arriving! Amazing and positive experience. Highly recommend.

Avoid, very bad agency that is behaving in a dishonest manner. I was promised a 2 weeks free rent and n the end this was not placed in the official offer. The mistake happened because firstly this flat was advertised on rightmove by Mann agency. They advertised the flat with 2 weeks free rent. I started at the beginning to go through all the referencing with them but later on I understood that this property is maintained by savills and Mann is just helping them out for a commission. So after I have passed through references I was sent to Savills where I have signed all the papers. Now after I received the 2 months notice, i have asked for the 2 weeks free rent which I was promised. I was refused on the basis that in the official offer there is not written anything about the 2 weeks free rent. I have contacted the agent from Mann (Scott Davies) whom I asked to confirm whether the property was advertised with 2 months free rent. He agreed to confirm and he stated that he even has an email where Savills asks him to pus several properties including the one I lived with a 2 weeks free rent. Savills totally ignored this and have declined to accept that they misled me. 2. Also I had a 1 year contract with 6 months break clause. After 6 months they have sent me a 2 month notice (which is totally normal) stating that the reason of the end of tenancy is that the Landlord wants to take back the possession of the flat. After few weeks time we received a call from one of the agents asking permission to have a viewing at our place. Of course I was shocked finding out that the property is back on the market especially shocking is that is was for the same price. I found this very misleading and I tried to contact my agent in regards to this questions (Moya Bigg). i have contated he for over 1 month and did not recieve any response. I left her voice messages and contacted her but no response.I have made a complain in regards to Moya, that she is not answering and I cannot deal with my problems. I was contacted by someone stating that Moya is on holiday and she will be able to help. She did not answer untill today at the question why the end of tenancy letter stated that Landord is taking back the possession of the property and have made a false statement. In my opinion based on this facts this agency is making money out of agency fees and this is done in a dishonest manner. Victor Morar

Savills is the most unprofessional and difficult company to work with. They come across as clueless most of the time and send incorrect advice as well as a mass of empty promises. They will take weeks to send essential documents. Now that we have moved into the property and paid our deposits they will not fix any of the issues and communication has halted. They have been useless and infuriating and we have had to hire a housing professional to talk to them to try and make them do their job correctly, all of which cost us more money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I had found a flat that I liked and arranged a viewing (on a weekend). I was told during the viewing that no offers had been made yet, so I instructed my solicitor to make a note of interest and prepare an offer. But when he got in touch with Savills on the first working day after the viewing, he was told that an offer had been made by someone else and accepted before I had even viewed the place. I think Savills can do better. Either the agent during my viewing had not received updated information about the property or I was deliberately misled, neither of which would be good practice. 2 stars rather than 1 because staff were at least very friendly.Edit: I have since been contacted by Savills who said they would investigate and contact me again. They have not contacted me again (though in truth, I don't mind; the property has been sold, no matter what their investigation finds).
