I have been renting a flat through prime portfolio for over two years. To date, I can say that they have provided a good service. Moving and finding a new flat is always stressful, especially in London. However, when I found the flat through Prime Portfolio ('PP') they were very quick to react and accommodate my requirements. I had minor amendments to the contract which they were happy to amend (in my previous experience with letting agencies this was not the case). The move in process was very straight forward (exactly how you want it with a letting agent). There were some minor things that needed to be fixed in the flat, which were done and PP accommodated changes in some broken furniture etc. PP is very efficient with responding to issues. I must admit that there have been times where the contractors have taken a bit longer than expected to come and deal with issues. But this has been my experience with all tenancies in London and therefore I do not believe that it is due to PP's negligence or lack of effort. When i re-signed my contract, they were pragmatic and straight forward.At no point in time did I feel like they were attempting to oversell the property which i was already renting. In the past I have had agents attempt to hike up the rent by an unreasonable amount, which resulted in me finding a new flat. I have seen a few negative reviews on move out. I cannot comment as, I have not moved out of any flat managed by PP. However, based on the business to date, I cannot perceive such an issue from occurring. When I do move out, I will be sure to write a review of my experience.

The staff and particularly Maggie and Chiara have been extremely professional, supportive and friendly with the letting and tenancy agreement process, during the tenancy in sorting out any issues with the flat and during the check out process at the end of the tenancy agreement. My husband and I were looking for a new flat in London, and were having very little luck with agents as most of the properties we wanted had already gone. Those that were still available were being advertised by agents who were unresponsive or sometimes evasive in answering questions. Enter Prime Portfolio. When we enquired about a property, Magdalena from their office arranged a viewing very promptly, and kept us updated about the process. When we heard that our offer had been accepted, she got the paperwork process started very quickly and explained what we needed to prepare. The office also had helpful guides to back up what she was saying, and they will emailed through. She passed us onto her colleague Clare who led on the contract, and they use DocuSign which makes signing the contract so easy. A move-in date was sorted quickly, and an invoice was provided which clearly set out what funds were needed and by when. The office arranged for us to meet an inventory clerk, and Magdalena promised the report would be with us quickly. As ever, it was. We flagged a couple of snagging issues on the report, and they were fixed within a couple of days. Having rented in London for years, the experience of finding and moving into a new flat with Prime Portfolio was so easy and stress-free. Special thanks go to Magdalena and Claire, and their other colleagues Kristina and Chiara, who made the process of moving into a new home so much better than the average experience. Prime Portfolio are far above the rest.

The worst, I wouldn't recommend to anyone. They find every single way to take money from your deposit. Very rude staff, have no manners in speaking to customers. Once you sign the contract they stop caring. Terrible at managing the apartment, I requested for several appliances to be fixed and they did not send anyone until it was the end of my tenancy and potential tenants pointed out the lack of functionality of the applicable s during their viewings.

A small agency with pleasant and helpful people. Unfortunately, and perhaps due the limited size of the agency, they were very slow with managing the move out process, both before and after the actual move. Things like final invoice, and booking of checkout took several emails to arrange. They are also very slow with repaying deposit and charge inflated amounts. Nice people, but next time in London we will stick with the larger professional agencies.
