This was the latest of a few transactions I’ve recently made using Praedium and the quality of customer service is why I keep coming back to them. Syrah was fantastic through the whole process. She stayed in constant communication throughout the process - before, during and after exchange and completion. Having dealt with many agents in the past I can honestly say Syrah was one of the best I’ve ever dealt with on a transaction.

One of the best agencies I've dealt with is Praedium London. Their work is organized and fast, and Ms. Asiya is very helpful and kind. She assisted me with every detail and was incredibly helpful. I recommend them to anyone looking for an apartment; they are trustworthy and deserve all the best. May God grant them success.

Syrah was amazing! She sold my house in 2 months when another agent couldn’t get me an offer for 6 months! The whole house selling journey was smooth and stress free. Couldn’t recommend enough. Thank you!!

Syrah’s efficiency was remarkable. She expedited the paperwork and coordinated viewings effectively, leading to a quick sale. Their proactive approach was evident when they organised an open house that attracted multiple offers. Having an agent who can simplify and clarify the process is invaluable, making the journey less daunting. She the best in the game.
