GoogleI was very impressed with O'Sullivan super professional services and tremendous help throughout the process of finding a suitable tenancy for me. Gleb was excellent to deal with. Very easy to get on with and always on hand to answer any questions. He was professional at all times and wasn't "smarmy and slippery" like some other estate agents. He is 100% genuine and I can recommend his services highly enough.

GoogleI cannot say how terrible this team is. O'Sullivans let us an apartment that they are "managing" on behalf of the landlord. We rented a one bed in a relatively new build in central London and have had the worst experience we've ever had. These are some of things we were faced. - Heating broken in apartment for 3 months!! - Shower broken when we moved in - Bed frame broken when we moved in - Clothes washing machine broken when we moved in - TV broken when we moved in - Light flickering in the bathroom when we moved in - Table in living room completely destroyed when we moved in Most of the above we had to fight with O'Sullivans to get fixed and were given lead times for months on end. Do not ever rent an apartment from these guys, and if you are a landlord I would highly recommend not giving your apartment to O'Sullivan's to manage. You will be left with extremely un-happy tenants.
Hi Sharon , i would reconsider this review as when ever we sent contractors you cancelled last minute to do your nails , we have proof that you cancelled numerous times , giving us wrong times , you were not at accommodating. Rather surprised you fail to mention that how difficult it was to get access to teh flat.
