We rented a flat in Greenwich through Marsh & Parsons for about 18 months. The service for the tenant has been very professional. The flat is in a period house conversion so there were inevitably a few things that needed upgrading or fixing during that time, as it is an older property. The Marsh & Parsons reporting system worked well and my contact there (Debbie Lewis) was great at keeping me updated and arranging for contractors to visit at convenient times. Happy to recommend. In my case , Michael stout - he is always so quick and responsive to anything I ask and always lets me know anything important before hand so I can have time to act.
