I cannot recommend this agency enough for anyone looking for help with a deal in London. Hebe was our main contact throughout the entire process and her dedication was honestly incredible. She was by our side the whole time, even answering our questions and helping us out during weekends, which we really didn't expect. Her support didn't stop once the deal was finalized either; she stayed involved even after the purchase to help with apartment checks and other specific issues that popped up. They also made the whole experience much easier by introducing us to reliable lawyers and suggesting the best places to find furniture. If you want someone who genuinely cares and goes the extra mile to get things done, I extremely recommend them.

I did not miss the property, the information you provided was unclear and not secure for potential clients. Secondly, based on your response, it seems that you care more about money than about the quality of your services. It’s better to stay away from companies like this.

Security is very important to us hence a development with 24/7 concierge and excellent facilities stole our heart. For tenants, stay well clear! If I could give zero stars I would. We were tenants in a property in London, managed by Oksana (the owner). From the beginning they were unprofessional. We agreed a rental with them and were waiting for the documents to sign, only to receive a call to say someone else had been shown round the day after our offer was made and could we pay more to secure it. Oksana consistently had an abrupt and rude manner on any issues raised with her during the tenancy. Upon checkout she requested compensation for items that were completely unreasonable e.g the towel linen was returned to the bedroom instead of the bathroom and required compensation of £15. We had to go through the dispute process to get our deposit back because the list of dispute requests were ridiculous and the responses we got back from her were emotive and evidenced she had a clear conflict of interest, not just working on behalf of the landlord. She refused to follow process, instead asking for our evidence by email, even after we continuously asked her to raise any dispute via the DPS portal. We ended up forcing her to do this through a legal form which just elongated the process of returning the deposit. From the items raised, it was clear they were treating this transaction as a serviced apartment not a short hold tenancy. There was zero reference to the fact that items such as tea towels, towels, mops, irons and electrical appliances were completely unused and returned with labels intact. If you don’t want unreasonable requests for compensation upon check out and to wait 30-60 days for your deposit back, then don’t use these people. I note that the ex-employee (Sazhida) who dealt with us originally has also provided a bad review and is clearly an insight into Oksana’s professionalism.NegativeProfessionalism

Watch out if you are renting with them. This is pretty much a rogue agency. They take their money from foreign landlords to manage flats in luxury areas but they have absolutely no consideration for tenants. For us, we lived 4y in one of their flat. We kept it in perfect state and never cause any issues. On their side, they never did anything for repairs, tried to kick us out WITHOUT notice when the landlord decided to move in the flat. They even threatened us to repossess the flat on their own which is obviously illegal... And eventually, they will also systematically try to claim your whole deposit so be sure that it is protected (the DPS scheme ultimately returned us everything but we had to justify every single items) So think twice before renting with them if you come across them. None of the other agencies i have experienced in the area are anywhere as obnoxious as them. If you still though, be sure you take pictures of every single item, for check in and check out, that you keep track of every single communication, and learn how the ombudsman complaint process and the deposit scheme process work and cover your back. They only back down when you report them to the relevant authoriries
