Ivanna was especially helpful, she was responsive, kind, and went the extra mile to make sure we had a great stay at the flat. Avoid Lexstone, They Left Me Homeless and UnwellI am an NHS doctor who rented a flat from Lexstone in Battersea (Viridian Apartments). The property had a serious rat infestation, toxic environmental conditions, and structural hazards. I became physically and mentally unwell, went on open NHS sick leave, and was eventually forced to leave the property.Lexstone refused to return my £2,365 deposit, £2,050 in rent paid in advance, and £1,000 pest control costs, unless I signed a settlement agreeing not to take legal action. This is coercive and unacceptable.I have filed complaints with: • Trading Standards • The Property Ombudsman • The DPS • And I am represented by a no win no fee solicitorI am now effectively homeless while recovering from the damage caused by this flat.If you value your health, legal rights, or basic decency, stay far away from Lexstone. Their treatment of vulnerable tenants is shocking

GoogleI wanted to take the time to write a review about Viviane Urnau, who is Lexstone’s property manager for our family rental home, which they are managing on our behalf. In all honesty, she is a consummate property manager, and it has been an absolute delight to work with her in the past month to have our property rented out. She was always friendly, punctual, and presented herself and our home very well to prospective tenants. And the quality I appreciated the most about Viviane is that on numerous occasions, she went above and beyond through the leasing process to make sure all the paperwork was completed ahead of time, and all of the guess/labour work was taken away from us as the landlords. It was a truly seamless process for my family. We couldn't have asked for a better property manager, and I highly recommend her without reservation to anyone looking for a property management company, and manager to work with.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleThey like to throw piles of their leaflets over all their neighbours' front steps, which I guess tells you something about their "couldn't give a damn about anyone else" attitude . Every house on my street!

GoogleThere is a sign outside Draycott Place, proud to say you manage this property, but you fail to clean up in front of your door, it’s a shame. The place is a dump, not just once, constantly.
