GoogleUtterly unprofessional service. The agents seem to be unable to provide basic communication. Donβt expect them to actually give you updates through your renting process, even for basic things such as whether your offer is accepted or not. Youβll just wait a week, only to see the ad disappear suddenly and finding out the place has gone. Caution to readers: if planning to rent though this agency, make sure you treat them like children if you want basic letting agency service. Pester them hourly and keep asking for updates - as they are incapable of doing so.

He assisted my wife and I with our house purchase this month and there are genuinely no words that could do justice to the outstanding level of service we received. He is extremely professional and diligent in all that the does. His advice and guidance was spot on time and time again. He was almost always on the end of the phone when we needed him and when he was not he would respond/call us back literally within minutes.
