Moved into a rental property that was supposed to be cleaned but hasn't. Also discovered rodents. Apalling, they just lie all the time. Tried to scam me and wanted to withold money of my deposit as well even though I left the flat in an immaculate condition and better than when I moved in. Knight Frank and Rachek just want to keep the deposits so they can collect interest. Liars do not rent with them. They also did not do repairs. Document everything!

Small budget renters should stay away. End of tenancy process, maintenance handlings, and general customer service is terrible. When the washing machine broke it took them a month to have it assessed and then another week to have it replaced, other maintenance issues were also haphazardly handled. After the check out process all previously present faults that we have documented with each 6 monthly check up, was presented on the check out report as our fault. Also the professional cleaning service they recommended cannot be accessed by tenants resulting in the charges of that company to be deducted from the deposit. Real nightmare that just added to the stress of moving and left our new finances in shambles. Glad we could find private rentals. Thank you for nothing.
