I have recently worked with Konomi Kato on finding a new property for one of her client and I was extremely impressed with her professionalism, quick response time and detailed communication. Thank you so much for everything. I stayed in London for 3 months and 10 days. Everything was absolutely "Excellent!" I had contacted other agencies, but they either refused, saying my budget was too small (which I believe was true), or they requested tasks that seemed impossible to accomplish. In that situation, I was constantly impressed by the level of care and attention you provided! You even gave me detailed advice on aspects of my daily life that seemed unrelated to your main job. The landlord (general manager) of the apartment you helped me with was also very kind and offered a lot of advice on various aspects of my life. (I believe Kens Estate arranged for me to find such a person at an affordable price.) I am simply filled with gratitude. If there were a survey or anything else besides this review asking "Would you recommend this to others?", I would write "Of course!" I am returning to Japan tomorrow, but with heartfelt gratitude, I would like to say "Thank you!" Thank you so much.

In addition to providing accurate local information and advice, they genuinely understand what's important to people looking for a home, and offer strong support from the initial search to after moving in. Living in the UK is often said to have many problems after moving in, but their meticulous support, skillfully understanding the tenant's needs regarding minor inconveniences and problems after moving in, and swiftly negotiating with the owner, is truly helpful. I also appreciate that they regularly check to ensure that the local workers and tenants are communicating properly. Thanks to them, I'm able to live in a wonderful and safe environment.
