There is only word to describe Joel, amazing!! We decided to sell our family home after 30 years of living there, so as you can imagine, we thought it would be an extremely stressful experience. How wrong were we! Due to Joel’s expertise, professionalism, and communication skills as well as his patience, helpfulness and his utmost kindness, we were put at ease every single step of the way. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He was an absolute pleasure to work with, and if Carlsberg made estate agents, it would be Joel!! Thank you so so much, and we would highly recommend him if you ever decide to sell your home, he’s the best in the business.

Joel helped me throughout my purchase journey of my first flat (I’m moving in today!!) When others say Joel is really the best in the estate agent business, believe them! He is incredibly efficient, sincere, trustworthy, reliable and his word is his bond. He says what he will do and does it speedily without me having to follow up. He updates me regularly and ensure all other parties (my broker, solicitor) are moving in tandem. Joel has played a pivotal role in seeing this flat completion success and took the stress from me during moments where we encountered roadblocks with particular stakeholders!! Thank you Joel!!

I had the pleasure of working with Joel at Joel Ross Property, and I must say, his dedication to getting my property sold was unmatched. His communication was non-stop, keeping me informed every step of the way. We have also worked together on lettings and investments. I highly recommend Joel for any property needs or even just to tap into his wealth of knowledge.

If there was a 6th star we would definitely give it to Joel Ross. We recently sold our house through Joel which took us a really long time due to unforeseen circumstances which was really stressful for us and our kids. However, having Joel by our side felt like we had an angel looking after us. His advice and support was second to none and I am pretty sure the services he offered is rare to find. Joel cares for his customers as his own and we always felt comfortable with him. Joel has an exceptional quality which is rare to find in the business World and he would always go the extra mile and keep us updated the whole time. His kindness, knowledge and honesty were extremely valuable to us. Been in a long chain, Joel was the only one liaising with all be it the agents, solicitors and even our buyer to make sure everyone were kept up to date with each others status. Where there were issues, Joel was the first one to intervene and make sure these were resolved. Our little family is really grateful to Joel for his guidance and support and there are not enough words to thank him. Great person and great professional and highly highly recommended. Joel is amazing at what he does and he is always honest and transparent, two traits that are hard to find in your average estate agent. Selling a house can be a stressful ordeal, this wasn’t the case with Joel. I can’t recommend Joel’s services enough, he’ll go the extra mile that other estate agents won’t and he really cares about his clients regardless of which side of the table you’re on. His advice is second to none and I can’t recommend his services enough.

Following a number of poor experiences with estate agents, Joel was an absolute pleasure to work with. His communication and professionalism was second to none, and without Joel we wouldn’t have completed on our house this week! If I could give 6 stars, I would. I highly recommend Joel Ross!

An exceptional service from start to finish that I cannot recommend any higher. Joel took responsibility where others did not, and drove through our sale in a complex chain, taking responsibility to ensure a pre-arranged deadline that was in jeopardy, did not slip. The personal service that Joel afforded us exceeded our expectations in terms of updates, as well as being responsive to our queries throughout the sale and purchase process.

We have known and worked with Joel Ross in Little Venice, for over 5 years, in renting our first property, and in buying our next property. He has always been very responsive and professional. He is trustworthy and a man of his word, trying to really understand how to serve the client's needs. He is a very good and honest agent, and we highly recommend him.

Joel helped us to sell our home in no time ! He was diligent, professional and was constantly in touch with updates and guidance throughout the process and afterwards too. We would have no hesitation in using Joel again in the future and would encourage you to speak to Joel if you’re looking to buy/sell.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Joel Ross property. They somehow managed to sell one of my flats when 5 other agents had tried over the course of the year. They have the magic touch. They also look after and manage a rental property of mine and obtained 20% above market value. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
