GoogleI can’t speak highly enough of the experience. The entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Documentations were handled properly and efficiently. I especially appreciated how clearly they explained every step of the rental process and the property was exactly as advertised (which was scary for me as I only did an online-viewing before moving in).
Neil and Jessica were particularly very responsive, and genuinely helpful to me. Communication was always prompt and clear, and any questions I had were answered thoroughly and patiently. I am very pleased with the rental experience. Highly recommended!

GoogleWe rented through Hoffen West for just over 2 years and our experience has been consistently positive from start to finish.
Communication was always clear, prompt and professional and any issues or maintenance requests were dealt with quickly and efficiently.
The whole team has been friendly and easy to speak to, which has made renting stress-free and straight forward. Hoffen West genuinely care about both their tenants and their properties which has been refreshing.
We would happily rent through them again and would strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional property agent.

The Team at Hoffen West
★★★★★ 5/5
GoogleWe rented a property managed by Ruppert/Neil/Jessica, and our tenancy went smoothly from start to finish.
We can highly recommend their professionalism, both in how they maintain the property and in how they support tenants in proactively preventing any unpleasant surprises at the end of the lease.
Having previously rented a property in Notting Hill that suffered from an unresolved leak in the living room, mice and pigeon issues, and even attempts to extort part of our deposit, working with Hoffen West was a game changer.
We wish you all the very best and every success ; you truly deserve it for the quality of your work

Neil and the team at Hoffen West

GoogleI recently moved into a property managed by Hoffen West, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service.
Neil, in particular, was outstanding throughout the entire process. He was incredibly professional, responsive, and went above and beyond to make the move as smooth as possible.
Any questions or concerns we had were addressed promptly, and Neil’s attention to detail made me feel well taken care of.
It’s rare to find such dedication and commitment, and I would highly recommend Hoffen West to anyone looking for first class management with exceptional service. A true pleasure. Thank you, Neil!

GoogleSmall estate agent, very friendly. We rented a flat from them for almost 3 years. They accommodated all our requests when we first moved in, and sorted out any issues promptly during the years. Unfortunately due to family circumstances we have to terminate our contract early. Neil and Rupert (business partners) were very reasonable and did they best to find replace tenants. They also returned our deposits promptly and in full. Recommend Hoffen West without a hesitation.

GoogleFrom the first time that Hoffen West showed us our flat to the check out day - they were magnificent! It was my partner and I’s first flat together and the whole process has been absolutely flawless. Rupert and Neil have been very attentive for the 2 years we were in the flat, notifying us of any changes and ensuring that we are kept comfortable. We are only moving out because we have moved countries, if it weren’t for that we would’ve stayed 100%!
I could not recommend Hoffen West more. Thank you so much for making our first flat together in London the most comfortable and enjoyable one!
