Thank you for leaving us a review. We have tried to look into your experience but unfortunately cannot find any information about you on our system. We have, along with many other agents recently, received an influx of negative reviews from people who we have no records of, we there for assume that this is a false review. It is naturally disappointing for all agents involved to be left reviews which are not in relation to any services provided and we request you refrain from leaving us inaccurate feedback in the future.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
