Hamptons have been managing our Flat for the last 4 years and have given us a first class service. Our property manager Gemma Ward has always been responsive to our needs and those of the tenants. I cannot speak to highly of her professionalism.

Lately we had some heating problems in the flat and it was necessary to change the whole system. As the flat is rented, the works have to be done with the tenant inside. Thanks to the Mrs. Lucy Desborough Senior Property Manager's efficient handling of the issue, we successfully finished the works.
