I've been dealing with Hamptons lettings for more than 8 years as a contractor. A member of my family is a tenant. I've dealt with Hamptons sales several times over the years.Hamptons are far and away the best lettings agency in the area - I know, I've worked with a number of others.The lettings department respond quicker to property issues than any others I've dealt with.

Hamptons and my property manager, Amy Goldstein, are both terrific. They are responsive, use excellent repair groups and are a pleasure to work with. I feel we are lucky to have them as our property managers.

GoogleVery professional, effective and able agent. We felt very lucky to have Hamptons to sell out flat. They brought many clients to view the flat and we had several offers. Their work was far more effective than other agnets. They are honest, polite and top class agents. We stronglt recommend Hamptons Estate Agents.

Hamptons have been in charge of renting our property in Taplow for the past 3 years. In general the service has been good particularly from Judy in the Maidenhead office. However she has sometimes been let down by the performance of Hamptons accounts department who have not always measured up when using their third party payment service.

We have rented through Hamptons many times over the years whilst in between selling and buying our next property. They have always been very professional. We are renting now and Jocelyn, our property manager, has always been proactive, helpful and friendly. She keeps us informed when things need sorting out.

The absolute worst housing management and agency. Over the years we (the tenants) have been spoken to with disrespect and when requested any improvements/issues, responses took weeks. Utterly incompetent.

TrustpilotAs a long term landlord......
Hamptons have managed our home for 5 years. They handle all the issues, large and small. What I particularly like is that when they make a mistake, they will acknowledge it and work hard to resolve it. They are also very flexible in their approach. That's how to build a long-term relationship. We are all human, but these are decent, reasonable people.

I have today completed on a property with Hamptons Stanmore. Hannah and Syed at their offices have been outstanding from the first viewing to completion. Nothing was too small or big for them to deal with, their communications were outstanding as well their their professional attitude and approach. I would definitely recommend Hamptons to anyone who wants great professional service.

Can’t fault the service from the team at Stratford on Avon office during our sale. They invested time at the start to get to know our house, which was somewhat individual, did a great job to pre qualify potential buyers and nothing was too much trouble during the completion process. We’re very grateful to Paul, Jacob and Owen.

Cannot get hold of them, they wont return e mails or calls.....will go elsewhere to purchase a new home !! poor sellers must think no one is interested in their homes

GoogleGaby Tang and her Team are extremely professional in their dealing, very hard working, honest, polite, pleasant and extremely efficient. They have in depth knowledge of the properties in W2. Gaby recently assisted me in the purchase of a property and the service I received was first class. In particular communicating with all the parties involved in the transaction and ensuring a smooth completion. I would not hesitate in using them again
