DO NOT USE RICHMOND HAMPTONS. DAMIAN WASTED 2 AND HALF HOURS OF MINE AND MY PARTNERS TIME AND COST US MONEY TO JUST NOT SHOW UP FOR AN APPOINTMENT. WHEN WE FINALLY SPOKE TO HIM HE TOLD ME ONE EXCUSE AND MY PARTNER ANOTHER. AVOID AT ALL COSTS AS THEY WILL MAJORLY WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. AND AVOID DAMIAN AT ALL COSTS.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. We understand a viewing on Saturday was cancelled and do appreciate this must have been frustrating for you and your partner. We are pleased to see however that Damian acted as swiftly as possible to make sure you were both made aware and immediately apologised for any inconvenience caused. Whilst the reasons for the cancellation were unfortunately outside of our control, we do recognise this would have been disappointing and would like to assure you that it would never be our intention to leave our customers feeling this way. We do however note the communications sent to Damian on Saturday and would like make it clear that whilst we absolutely understand the frustration and inconvenience you encountered, we will not tolerate any abusive or aggressive behaviour towards our staff.

The Hamptons team in Caterham (Philip, Claire and Denise dealt with us) were very helpful in facilitating our house sale. We appreciated the way that they were able to identify a prospective purchaser so quickly, before the house went on the market, and we were very grateful to them for their involvement and support, not least when our initial attempt to purchase another property fell through. They helped our purchasers to stay with us while we found somewhere else. On the basis of our experience we would be happy to recommend Hamptons to anyone looking to sell their house.

I contacted Charlotte on line to report a leaking washing machine. I received a reply advising that she had arranged for an engineer who contacted me that night and we arranged for him to visit the next day. He arrived on time and diagnosed the fault and luckily carried a spare on his van. All in all very good service and no mess.

WARNING: As a Landlord I will AVOID Hamptons like the plague from now on. They have totally botched up getting a deposit towards thousands in damage their tenant caused, ignored instructions and avoid answering the most simple questions we ask about getting £££ rent we are owed in arrears back. A costly mistake using Hamptons and a real headache.

We sold our property through the Stanmore Branch. All of the team under Darren were polite, diligent and hardworking. There was no unnecessary pressure and they were in constant contact. Once we sold our property Josh was particularly tenacious ensuring everything went to plan.

A company in decline. Once good, now dismal. As a landlord I'm better off with Google than dealing with their property management team. My local lettings team has changed out completely and are now ringing me to ask if they can market a property they have already had on their books for a number of years. Amateur hour.

We live in another country so we are fully reliant on Mandy D-Orta at Hamptons for everything to do with our property. This takes a great deal of trust in the team supporting us and she has been incredibly responsive, competent and she has gone out of her way to support us. Our home is over 100 years old so it takes extra care and they have never let us down. We would recommend their services highly.

We have no hesitation in recommending Hamptons in Horsham for acting as our agents in our recent house sale. Their staff went above and beyond the service we would have expected, especially when problems arose, and they were very proactive in pushing forward when the solicitors were dragging their feet, despite time constraints. We would certainly use them again!

Recently had maintenance issues with our property and got in touch with Hampton as our rental property managers. They were professional and understanding and had the issues resolved in just a few hours. I have been a tenant with other estate agents previously and can guarantee that they would not have been half as good as the staff at Hampton's. Honourable mention should go to Lucy Pickles who did a great job solve our problems and keeping us informed throughout the process.
