GoogleNick Levy is probably the best Estate Agent I have ever had the pleasure of working with and I truly mean “working with”.
From day one, he provided good solid advice and living a 2 hr drive from the property I was selling, I needed a sincere honest approach. Little did I know his knowledge of the industry would come into practice so quickly. I had an interested buyer, whom Nick introduced; the easy part.
The conveyancing stage was a big challenge but Nick’s knowledge and tenacity came into its own.
I appreciate Nick would prefer an easy ride but if you have a challenging property then you could not do better than ask Nick Levy to look after you and your property.

GoogleI worked as a middleman with Nick Levy on securing a home for a non-UK individual, which proved to be a complicated and drawn out process. Nick was great support through the process, working with the multiple parties involved and providing us with insights on how to work through hheach of the stages of purchase. It was a pleasure to work with Nick and Elegant Homes to put through this purchase and even though the process was complicated, we were very pleased with the final results.

GoogleI just sold an apartment in a mansion block off the Edgware Road through Elegant Homes. If you are looking to buy or sell a flat in the West End of London Nick is your man! His local knowledge, tailored offering and level of valuation expertise sets him apart from the generic 'big name' estate agencies operating there. I can't recommend Elegant Homes enough!

GoogleWe met Nick sometime ago and he showed us the property we now own. He understood what our requirements were and explained everything thoroughly. Forget anything you been told about estate agents. Nick made sure everything went as smooth as it could possibly go. Not that I will be in the market anytime soon but there is a guy you can actually trust. Thank you Nick for making this happen. Five stars from us.

GoogleNick Levy is in a league of his own. He works very hard to achieve the deal for his clients. He also has a conveyancing knowledge that cuts through matters and he will certainly go that extra mile to achieve the necessary on a transaction. …
