GoogleI had a great experience throughout the whole process. Michele and Melis were especially helpful, even though I was new to the UK and unfamiliar with how things work here, they handled every issue professionally and patiently. They followed the process closely from start to finish and made sure everything was resolved until I moved into the property. Their support really made a stressful process smooth and reassuring. Highly recommended!

The responsiveness, willingness to help and positive attitude are some of the amazing aspects of working with him. GoogleIt's the worst agency that I’ve ever rented a property. The head of operations specifically Sabrine Hart is always rude and treats any simple request related to the flat as “I’m asking for a favour” and not “I paid 6 months in advance to live here” There is no goodwill, care or sympathy!!! I regret to rent with this agency and I don't recommend it at all. Please respect your clients more and try to provide better service. Thank you.

GoogleMichele is very professional, responds quickly to inquiries, and is always available. He offered me several options until I found exactly what I was looking for. I ended up renting a lovely apartment with a beautiful balcony view. Highly recommended! I rented an apartment with them in Battersea on Chelsea Bridge. Michele was the one who helped me. 🇸🇦🇬🇧 Thank God, I succeeded with them.

GoogleHorrible horrible horrible service. The agents are very unreasonable. Never replied on time when we had issues with appliances. Repeatedly charged us for unnecessary services. Multiple times we were told that a contractor is coming or a representative for inventory check is coming and those representatives never showed up, and we were still charged for it. It almost seems like the agent and landlord were colluding. Would not recommend the agency to anyone. If I could give a negative rating I would. The entire team is very unhelpful and unresponsive. Very bad experience.

I cannot suggest enough to use Stephane as an agent, he is one of the kindest and most efficient people i’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. He made my process and experience a lot better than expected from renting a house. On top of that i also communicated with a kind lady called Sabrine who helped me with all my issues. Listen if you want to find a place, this is the place to ask. I could not recommend this agency and these kind people anymore!
