FacebookThis company manages our flat site on behalf on MHA. The Director fir our site, Baz Rattan, is totally incompetent. There is no schedule of work to be carried out, nothing happens on the original time scale, there is always a delay not of days but weeks. A number of us have been unable to use our video entry intercom system for a couple of months and we have to now wait until the end of September. However, on past experiences we don’t hold out much hope for that date. We have not had use of our swimming pool since the beginning of May this year and now it seems we have to wait a further week again. Total lack of planning and scheduling. Our on site caretaker does the minimum of work and spends large amount if time in the office. Would not use this company as totally ineffectual.

GoogleMiss Dervish has managed our purchase process very well and helped us a lot during the whole process. We were not well informed about the market prices and she found the best options and her guidance was literally exceptional. The purchase has fallen through because of our mortgage application however we’ve learned a lot from the company and we will definitely try to become a home owner again by using the same company.
