The worst letting and property management company ever!! They do not care about the tenants, only the landlord. As long as the landlord gets a good offer, they won’t bother helping with issues in the property. And they trick you with adding stuff to your contract after you’ve signed and paid deposit / rent so you are left with no choice but accept whatever they add into the contract.

This is the worst property agent I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Even though I left their property in the best state possible this company has attempted to withhold my deposit and try to get their tenants to pay for redecoration costs despite all issues coming from fair wear and tear during a pandemic. If you value your hard earned money and want your value for money, Dexters is not it.

GoogleFantastic experience: I had forgotten my keys inside my flat a few weeks ago and was stuck outside my apartment, so I went to the agency in the evening just in case someone was still there. Despite the late hour two gentlemen who were closing the office for the day re-opened it for me, and helped me retrieve my keys duplicate! It took quite some time and a few phone calls to colleagues as the team who usually knows where keys copies are stored was gone for the day, and they were in the process of moving everything with the merger, however it did not discourage the two gentlemen who ended up staying late for more than 40 minutes until they found my duplicate... Turns out a few days later that it was the CEO and one of his colleagues who so kindly helped me out! Cannot recommend them enough, this quality of service is just perfect!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
