No respect for tenants !

We have been in this flat for 17 years .Originally it was managed by a private estate agent that was taken over by Dexters a few years ago .At first they were ok but lately we had an emergency with a broken toilet : staff are not interested,been told to wait till I get a phone call ,result since yesterday the toilet has not been fixed .No apology ,nothing!They charge extortionate prices ,then vanish if/when then is an issue .Today is Saturday ,I work from home,I fear that nothing is going to be done until Monday.The minimum I have to give is 1 star but for this type of behaviour they deserve -5.As well staff behaving like this should not be part of their team and I strongly believe that management should act !

After having struggled a lot with finding an apartment to rent, Samson helped our dream come true. Not only did he find us an apartment in the exact way we wanted it but he also did that within a day, which is what we needed as we were leaving the UK for the summer. We cannot praise enough how helpful, professional and organised he was. He would always respond to our questions even though we had a lot and was always friendly. I really appreciate how Petros helped me resolved every issue, he walked me through it and checked that everything was completed. The Dexter’s management team are so supportive and helpful. Donalina has been instrumental in keeping me updated with an issue I reported around a water leak in a flat above mine. She always called me and for me that’s the best thing about her. So many times I engage with agents who say they’ll call back and it never happens. Not the case with Donalina. Very good 👍🏽.

We recently moved into our new rental house with help from Ashley at Dexters Battersea. Ashley has been super helpful throughout the whole rental process. Very professional, effective, thoughtful, and perfect in following up and giving updates. We are very impressed with the service that Ashley provided. We were dealing with another Real Estate company when looking for a rental house in the same area, and we were so glad that we went with Dexters but not the other company which happened to carry the same house we rented through Dexters!

A friend has been waiting three weeks for central heating to be restored. His wife is nursing a four month old in a freezing flat. There is mould growing in the flat and the baby has developed a cough. Subcontractors and Dexters are unable to establish a timeframe to get adequate heating working again. Snow is forecast…..

Worst estate agency

Worst estate agency, was a nightmare living in 121A Darwin Road. No sound proof, creaky floors, history of neighbours fighting bcoz of it. Being let out inspite of all this. Property Manager never replies back to emails. No action taken even after 9 months. Boiler was broken from almost a month and lived without heating or hot water. Finally gave up and moved out. Not a word of apology from them, they are chasing now regarding contract.
