We have had an incredibly smooth journey with Jamil at Dexters. Our house sale has gone through without a single issue and whenever there have been any questions or concerns Jamil was always very responsive and sorted these out right away. Can't recommend Dexter's enough. If we ever move again we will certainly use them and would recommend them to anyone we know looking to sell! 100% positive experience.

Had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Joseph Kwaw to arrange a new tenancy. Top service from him, and helped with all ours needs from viewing through to getting the keys. Pretty sure he’ll be round for a pint once I’ve moved in!Dexters office in general were great helping if Joe was in another call when I phoned, so I can’t recommend them highly enough. Glad to have found a place through these folk. Definitely were the good guys in all the letting agencies that I phoned. Cheers Joe and co. 👌🏻

I think she would be very good communicating with the tenants too, even when it might not be an easy conversation. She takes the stress out of it for me and is always up beat which I appreciate. We have had a lot of upgrading work done to a house that had not had a change of tenant for many years, only to then find we needed additional works when it was declared a HMO. Chris and Pam have given us excellent service and achieved this with the tenants in situ, and in difficult circumstances while Covid was still a factor.

You do hear so many horror stories from friends of unethical agencies and crippling expenses, but Dexters differs.The communication from my Property Manager, Louis Preston has been great and service over the past 2 years has flown.

Natasha is a very experienced operator who has looked after our flat diligently for many years, even before dexters. she and her team in wapping take problems away from us, which is ideal, and if they need to consult us, they normally have a suggested solution to the issues that crop up. equally they broker new rental agreements efficiently and treat tenants fairly

Hello Guys!We have rented 3 bed house from Dexters. We have signed contract first 8th Aug. Then when we go to the house for cleaning we get shocked. The house like cowshed:) they did something and we moved 17th Aug. One bedroom Out of use because really strong smelling carpet or something. Now we can’t use another room as well because radiator suddenly getting cold after boiler turn off. Toilet Flush is doesn’t work Etc. We have so many problems we’re waiting for Dexters will do something but today I got email. They’re asking what’s your problem:)) and one of the management manager said if you don’t like you leave the house. :)) it’s been more than 4 Months and I got final mail if you don’t like leave the house :)) My advice if need to rent house from Dexters Check the house EmptyCheck everything even tabs, flush, floor furniture, smell.Because after signing the contract you can’t get solutions.For small problems they are good likeTab changeWashing Machine Change
