I had a minor problem with my fridge and a major one with a blocked drain. I phoned Dexters and Donalina Gargrupe handled both problems for me quickly and effectively and with a friendly, polite manner.She kept me informed (the problems ranged over a week due to a miscommunication with a maintenance company) and was quick to chase up the company involved. A very impressive performance!

Would not recommend at all! Typical agency, rude and better than anyone else. Got a rent reduction 3 months ago and they keep saying they are dealing with it and refunding the over payment. They didn’t and now blaming us! Direct debits bounced due to this and they think it has nothing to do with them. If this was the other way round and me not paying it would be a totally different story. I’m lucky I’m in a position to move money around but that is only the last few years.. back when I started renting I would be in trouble! Dexters think they are above anyone else and other peoples circumstances. They could not care less! I ask everyone not to use or move away from this company. Let’s think about how people starting out would be suffering right now.

I have moved out for one month but they still did not refund my deposit even if I have chased for 5 times!The response on repairment and maintainence request was super slow during my stay. It took 5 months for them to fix the blinds! I could not turn on lights during evenings because there was no blinds!And they arrange views with very short notice before my moving out date. Very bad experience. PLS give my deposit back ASAP when you read this comment, Dexters!

GoogleJust rented a flat through Dexters Mayfair. I work in finance, long hours. I could never see properties with other agents. Dexters was able to show me properties in the evenings and Saturdays. That made it so much easier. Would definitely recommend them.

Spammers. Went in there to look at flats, they took all my info, never helped me find a flat, but they do keep on spamming me (weekly emails) with random flats. I tried unsubscribing, didn't work cause their address is not valid. This is against GDPR by the way.

They are positively awful!! Tried to contact, sent emails and messages, then when it came to now we want to terminate as you haven’t done your job.. the apologies come and blame is distributed far and wide! The tenants have rights too!! The rental tribunal is the next stop!! Don’t use them!
