Had to call them 10 times and still was unable to get information on the contract extension. They hang up the phone with all sorts of excuses. They were absolutely unprofessional when I moved in, asking for rent payment 1 year in advance. Worst agency I ever had to deal with. Never again.

I am very tired of seeing outdated ads on Dexters website. I am looking for a place to rent at the moment, called one of the offices. They said the flat is gone in December! Come on guys we’re in March. They weren’t willing give recommendations for the other flats. Quite disappointed!

One aggressive sales person but good management response

I said I was I interested in a flat.A lady called me 3 times in less than a minute the next day.When I finaly picked up, I said I thought it was urgent as I had 3 calls back to back but that I was at work. The lady on the phone insisted, said that if I couldn't make it today or tomorrow before 4pm it would be gone. I said I couldn't, she said "ok" and simply hung up obviously upset without even saying good bye.Management called me back after my bad feedback and was very nice and apologetic saying this is not the way they normally deal with people. So not too bad in the end.
