We dealt with Zen from the Battersea branch when we managed to lock ourselves out of the house (!) the other evening. We called the branch immediately, Zen was the only person left in the office and was just about to leave for the day, but she kindly stayed and waited for us to get there so we could pick up a spare set of keys. We were so grateful! Thank you - Highly recommended!

Really great experience. When we asked for approval to upgrade some kitchen appliances, our account manager Neil went out of his way to talk to the landlord, not only obtaining approval but also a split cost agreement and managing to find the same appliances at a cheaper discounted price. Thanks!

We have worked with Claire Gallagher-Doherty at Dexter's to let our properties for many years. Things are run smoothly, rents paid on time and they have found good, solid tenants that stay for long leases. The tenants seem happy and well looked after as well as the properties. GoogleI recently purchased a property through Dexter's , and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The team was always polite, honest, and straightforward in all their communications. They provided clear and accurate information throughout the process, which made what could have been a stressful experience much more manageable. A special mention goes to Matthew, who was fantastic throughout the entire process. He was the first to show us the apartment and handled all subsequent visits, sometimes even accommodating us at unconventional hours like weekends and late evenings during the week. His flexibility and dedication were greatly appreciated and made a huge difference.

We have been renting through Dexters and have found the whole experience to be a really positive one. Sometimes agencies can be great for the initial deal and drop off, but we have had the opposite experience. We have been really impressed by the management service provided by Dexters. In particular, property manager Khalisha has been exceptional; really going above and beyond to be as helpful as possible. 5 stars!
