GoogleI got a couple of viewings from Rosa, who I wish to thank for the excellent job she did. She took us to one property and then another, and in between showed us around the area. She was very knowledgeable and friendly and ultimately left us with a feeling of satisfaction about the whole experience.

Mostly, it's a poorly run operation. It takes weeks and weeks to get your deposit back after leaving the flat. They mishandle your rent. The agents schedule flat viewings without first consulting you. Just largely an unprofessional service, which -- given the high fees they charge both tenants and landlords -- should not be the case.

GoogleWe have been seriously impressed with James, Sales Manager of Dexters in Paddington. They took on our property and got us a buyer in a matter of weeks in a very flat market. But what stands out with Dexters has been the customer service. They have proven to be honest, professional and extremely efficient.
