GoogleGood agent services for finding properties to rent however since moving we have had to deal with property management services which have taken months to fix important issues with our rental property such as mould, broken fridges and a faulty dishwasher. We are a current tenant and have raised multiple issues with the landlord however Dexters continually give us messages that they are following up on the issue but no correspondence from there on. Issues like a broken fridge took more than 2 weeks to be sorted and we have outstanding issues that have been "followed on" for months.Dexters have shown they will align themselves with the landlord and not the tenant.

When leaving a joint tenancy, all parties spoke to Dexters, agreed everything and notice was handed in. 3 months later went back on explicit guidance to try to extract additional charges from both tenant and landlord. Staff member was unhelpful and lied about past advice given. Do not recommend working with this company.

GoogleWe had a great experience with Dexters. Jack especially, he helped my partner and I at the start of our property search. As first time buyers he gave us lots of information on buying that we didn't know and always came back to us quickly if we had any questions. Buying a property being sold via Dexters was one of the worst experiences of my life. They failed to determine that the property they were selling had a Japanese knotweed issue costing us time and money. We were constantly harassed for updates even after we had given them, then threatened with the seller choosing another bidder. I will never go near this Estate Agent again.
