I booked an a viewing with a guy named "Sam" from Claridges. I traveled from Brighton just to see this commercial property, on the train to London, 2 hours before the appointment, I called the agency to confirm the meeting, for my surprise Sam was not working that day and I was told that all of his appointments had been canceled. I received no phone calls, no messages, no emails, nothing! Extremely unprofessional work !! I do not recommend these people. Just waste of time!NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

I met Adrian Cole over 10 years ago when I was looking to rent out my commercial property. I found Adrian and his team to be highly knowledgeable, extremely helpful and very professional. I have had some difficult situations along the way and Claridges have been my backbone to assist with the best possible solutions and to help me reach my goals. They work with excellent professional consultants who were able to assist with all matters I needed to arrange. Business is always about relationships and I would not chose to use anyone else other than Adrian and his team for my future purchases and projects.

I enquired for a property with claridges and liased with an agent called adam, first of all i was interested in the property and was asked to give £3000 under the table and then he agreed on £500. Then i put a deposit on the property and also a reference check payment after the landlord had agreed to give me the property. I then had no response from adam for a few days as my calls were not being answered, then was told the landlord is unresponsive and his solicitors details were not available. Then got a call 2 weeks later that the landlord decided to give the property to someone else, but claridges board is still on there im sure they were dealing with it. It was really unprofessional of this company to do such a thing and will definitely not be going back to them again.

One of the worst company's to deal with! They have no respect for individuals! I was interested viewing a property, but I was mugged off by their sales guy saying that they are not going to do any individual viewings as they were 'confident' that the property will be taken from a group viewing. They would also do group viewings that suited their schedule! The funny thing is that it still didn't go and when I called them back to ask why they didn't call me to organise an individual viewing, they still continued to be snobby and say that they were refusing to do individual viewings! By only organising group viewings during the COVID-19 pandemic, they are not following/implementing social distance rules! This shows their lack of care towards individuals! Here's a question to Claridges, what if I told you that I was a vulnerable person who wanted to observe social distancing by not wanting to be surround by people; would you still say no to individual viewings?? Claridges need to move away from being snobby and lining their pockets with money to being professional and respectful to people! DON'T SEE PEOPLE AS A NUMBER! WE ARE HUMAN & HAVE FEELINGS! If they continue the way they are, they will eventually be reported to the property ombudsman!NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Agreed a lease on a commercial property direct with a national retailer. A few weeks went by. Chased Adrian Cole (the Director of Claridges) to issue heads of term to our solicitors. He ignored all calls and messages which we found very strange. Fed up of waiting, we then went back direct to the landlord to find out what the delay was. They were surprised to hear from us. To our shock they said Adrian had told them that we had walked away from the deal and were no longer interested. He had then introduced a new party to them who they had agreed a deal with. Adrian basically lied to the landlord. On the face of it, it looks like he wanted to cut us out of the deal and swing it in favour of his other client and decided to do it by lying to the landlord. When Cc'ed in on all emails between us and the landlord and when confronted with the evidence Adrian had nothing to say. Highly deceitful and inappropriate behaviour. If we hadn't contacted the landlord directly he may never have been found out.. We have all the evidence in writing in email exchanges between us and the landlord so there can be no denial!
