GoogleVery efficient service from Mariel. Showed me several properties to rent which fitted my criteria and negotiated a good price with the landlord on the one I wanted. Follow-up contract work handed over to Cynthia and very straightforward. Good communication from both.

GoogleI found Chestertons easy and simple to deal with. Mariel leased us a great flat and made the whole process painless. She is really knowledgeable about the area too which was great as we aren't Londoners. 5 stars from the Morrisons

ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL. FAILED TO DELIVER ON GIVING THE KEYS TO MYSELF (THE BUYER), ON THE COMPLETION DATE.ABSOLUTELY DISRESPECTFUL BEHAVIOUR, AND THEY JUST BLAMED THE OWNER FOR IT.DO NOT WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE, THEY ARE REALLY REALLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

Unhelpful and irresponsive.Had a bad experience with this agency: quite demanding when it comes to terms and payments but very inefficient when it comes to answering queries and solving problems. Do not recommend!

A director threatened me with legal action after I called them out for valuing my property 10% under the market value, never seen such a lack of professionalism.

GoogleHaving struggled with many real estates agents when looking for a flat, Mariel has helped us a lot and we finally moved in the neighborhood. Chestertons is easy to work with and convenient.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
