TrustpilotAmateur and unprofessional
This agency is a disaster and a disgrace. They are completely disorganised and entirely unprofessional. They think Covid isn’t a big deal and aren’t serious about safety measures. Further update - after I gave Chesterton's a bad review, they tried to go to TrustPilot and tell them it wasn't a real review! So they also don't want you to know the truth. Truly predatory this firm.

Chestertons found a good quality tenant quickly having used another agency for several months. And as usual they handled documentation with little fuss on my side.

GoogleChestertons has helped us a great deal in this neighbourhood. Of the real estate agents I worked with, Chestertons and William Jones-Bateman especially was super helpful. He really understood what we wanted, helped us negotiate a great deal. We ended up renting an apartment that had a great landlord (managed by a great company) and never had a problem. Smooth sailing! I would keep using them in the future to rent and buy properties!

TrustpilotCompletely Unprofessional!
I had one experience with this Barnes based estate agency and would never employ their services and have also told them so.The information that they supplied me with was not only incorrect but a complete lie.Unfortunately for them I’ve been in the business of buying and selling houses for several decades and know the procedure and law inside out!I would recommend that anyone reading this takes note of what I’ve written.
