GoogleI have just let my apartment in W9 through Chesterton's Little Venice and their associated management team. The experience was fantastic from start to finish - a whole team of people did a huge amount within a short period of time under pressure to get my place ready to let to very good tenants. As part of our journey, they not only found us the perfect apartment that we hadn't even seen before talking to them, but also negotiated better terms for our tenancy than what we asked for, gave us access to the apartment at short notice to set up our internet in advance of us moving in and gave us a preview of the contract to speed up the admin process. We were very happy with the service from Sebastian and Amy for the rental of our Barnes house. We discussed the marketing, timing and price with Amy for the few months running up to the rental and this proved to be spot on. We had 3 viewings prior to our house being launched on the website, and received offers from 2 of these, higher than the guide price. Sebastian provided excellent support throughout the process, guiding us and the new tenants on what was required at each stage. We were very happy with the whole experience from start to finish.
