GoogleThere staffs are VERY unprofessional. They cannot even fix simple problems (highly inefficient in fixing incorrect offer terms; set up deadlines but don’t notice customer, etc) and they even blame customers.

Best estate agent experience we've had thus far. Stav and Olivia have been super responsive and helpful throughout (from the very beginning arranging flat viewings with us, helping us put in an offer, and answering and solving any queries we've had about the property). don't use these guys if you want to rent In putney, they are incredibly lax and incompetent, rented through them for approx 18 months, took ages to get faults fixed at various times in lease now can't get my deposit refunded

Generally good - dealt with many people and departments all pretty helpful and responsive. I was particularly impressed by Sarah Norton who helped and explained what I needed to go forward with the let, EPC reports, inventory etc.. Very helpful and swiftly done.

We had a good experience with Chestertons so far. Moving into the property and signing the contract was pretty straightforward. My only concern is that I've complained about a few things that needed to be renewed in the house a few months back and no one took action.

Extremely unprofessional, do not use Chestertons if you are a prospective tenant. Company did not turn up to check-in appointment (to deliver keys), don't answer emails and sends aggressive emails whenever they want something. Will never rent an apartment through this agency again.

This company does not nothing for tenants after moving in and are extremely unresponsive when it comes to returning deposits. I had to email the landlord directly to get my deposit returned. It took over 5 weeks to get my money back.

Extremely unprofessional. My landlord uses this company to manage his property, however the property manager assigned to the property does not answer emails. 6 months later, still no answer despite several follow-ups. Do not rent/buy from this company.
