GoogleMe and a friend were looking for a property in London for a short period of time, and were having a hard time finding anything. Once we found BM properties Lorraine and Jay were very helpful and found us a very good apartment in a very nice location. They were very helpful throughout the process of signing the rental contract, intermediating between us and the landlord but also after we moved. Every time we had any issue they were very quick to answer and provide the necessary information and help. The apartment looked exactly like the images provided. I really recommend their service.

GoogleI'm renting a flat in London through BM Properties. The process from arranging a viewing through to the offer and the legal bits was very smooth (and quick). Way less "corporate" than many of the large agents in London, which I personally value. They are quick to respond to any questions in a friendly and helpful manner. When I once had a plumbing issue, they arranged a contractor for the next day, and followed through until we were both satisfied the problem had been dealt with. Overall very pleasant and efficient property agent, can certainly recommend.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
Thank you for the kind words Marton. It was also a pleasure dealing with yourself from the initial enquiry through to handing you over the keys. I hope you enjoy the flat for the months ahead!
