Richard went above and beyond as my agent. No bullshit attitude, navigated a complex sale, and drove all parties to completion with determination and integrity. Felt like working with a true partner who tested and learned to find the likeliest path to sale. Richard is the best of what an agent should be. Highly recommend him and BAARTZ.

I’ve been renting with this agency for the past two years and the support has been outstanding. The team is far more helpful and responsive than larger agencies. They’re always available and genuinely willing to help. The check-in professional cleaning was actually done to a high standard, which I’ve never experienced with other agencies before. William in particular has been fantastic! When I was locked out of my house at 8pm, he was incredibly supportive and helped me get back inside straight away. I highly recommend this agency.

I’ve had some piss-poor experiences with estate agents because, well, duh. Could not have had a more different experience working with Richard Woodward. The level of professionalism, expertise, and client care was wildly beyond my expectations. Rich worked weekends, bank holidays, and evenings for our sale. He kept me abreast of all the behind-the-scenes analytics and helped provide useful, but respectful advice - ultimately pushing us to gamble and secure a higher price than we had even expected. I would happily and enthusiastically recommend his services (and, by extension, Baartz’s) to anyone.
