I was new to home buying. Aldo was never made me feel uncomfortable every step of the way! Aldo was extremely helpful, open, transparent, and reliable through the whole process, he really cared about me, understood my needs from the very first house we viewed together even giving me ideas on how better utilize the space in the house. Aldo explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from the making the offer, to working with the estate agent. This made it really easy to move into the house in less than 2 month. After 13 years buying the house I still can count on Aldo for any information and documents that I need regarding my house. On top of this, you can easily contact Aldo and he replies very quickly. Highly recommend. Many thanks Aldo.

Silvia helped us find and negotiate a lovely place in Notting hill. Silvia very quickly understood our requirements and within the second viewing matched it. She has a great knack of picking up cues during viewing on potential issues with the flat, provided clear indications on pricing and helped negotiate a great price. Post moving she helped us with unexpected repairs and discussions with landlord/property manager. Needless to say lovely Silvia is amazing personally and professionally.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

I would recommend Aldo d'Aponte at the Arbitrage Group to future Clients, he was a very tough negotiator working for his Client to purchase a property I was selling. After many professional and respectful discussions we agreed eventually agreed the deal, the conveyancing and completion process was very straight forward. I enjoyed working with the Arbitrage Group and hope to again in the future.

This is a fantastic company. Silvia is a great pleasure to work with! She has a good eye for detail and is very creative. She went the extra mile recently for her client and re-styled an apartment in order to maximise the value and significantly shorted the selling time.
