FacebookAbsolute con merchants. I rented a property through them (as a landlord) and I would strongly suggest no one do the same. The tenants were paying on time but they took on average 2-3 weeks to get the money into my account and at its worse 5 weeks! Whenever I called to talk to the accounts dept they were always busy and NEVER called me back as promised. Steer clear at all cost 0 stars. Couldn't post without giving at least one. ZERO STARS

FacebookI would strongly urge you to avoid this lettings agency. I'm telling all my family and friends. Please take my word for it, even if you're desperate for a place to live, don't use Griffin, you'll regret it for years to come. It is my duty to share my experience, I couldn't live with myself knowing I could've prevented someone else from enduring this hellish experience. They treat the tenants without compassion, dignity nor respect and in many ways with sheer contempt. They were the most neglectful lettings agents that I have ever experienced and tried to screw us over at the end of the tenancy. "people merit decent treatment because they possess human dignity, an inherent worth that is theirs by the simple fact of being human." Please Griffin, respect the dignity of human life.
