GoogleWe have recently bought our house from Daykin Estates and they were wonderful! I honestly wish we had sold with them too. I mainly dealt with Alan and Jon who were absolutely lovely and always quick to resolve any issues or questions quickly. I love that you can text them - makes life a lot easier! They were very friendly and honest. I have recommended them to all our friends and family!! Thanks guys - can’t wait for you to come and value the house when we have completed the work!!

GoogleDaykins provide fantastic customer service . As a 1st time seller I was dreading the process of selling my parents home. Jordan and John couldn't have been more understanding and sympathetic they explained the process to me told me not to worry and they would take care of everything. I couldn't quite believe it when we sold within 48 hours of being on the market. I didn't feel pushed to accept the 1st offer and both Jordan and John gave great advice. I would highly recommend Daykins to anyone whose buying or selling . Totally professional and empathic with it . you couldn't be in safer hands .

GoogleAlan was an absolute superstar from start to finish. Being first time buyers we felt like all of our needs were met & any questions we had were always answered straight away. GoogleHad Jon do a viewing for us. He was really nice and was very straight forward and knowledgable. It's nice to have an estate agent show you a house and know detail about it and the market in general. Makes you feel a bit more at ease. Feels like a fresher approach to the estate agent business model that I think is welcomed as much of estate agents these days can otherwise feel like a commodity service. It's nice to see a business operating a little different with a newer view of how to do things.

GoogleComplete con artist he has been arrested for fraud charged me £1000 for £200 worth of food be aware don't rent from him all he wants is ur money he offers me a refund I accepted then heard nothing from him since he also burgled his own family a few years ago shows what kind of person ur renting off stay clear all u have to do is Google his name to see everything about him Jordan daykin

GoogleWe have moved house 5 times now, and not had a great experience until now! We dealt mostly with Alan, who was excellent! Always available on the phone and email, instantly responding. We had a buyer pull out, and our new buyer was difficult throughout, but Alan sorted it all out for us. We could not have got our dream home without him! 5 stars for Daykins and Alan!

GoogleDaykin Estates are so different to any other agent we have used in the past, they keep in constant contact through the the whole process and update you with feedback after each viewing. They listen to what you want and are not pushy at all like other agents we have used. Daykin Estates offer a personal experience rather than you just being another number to the chain agents. We would recommend them to anyone looking to sell 😊

I Called Daykin estates and they sent someone round the same day, I was surprised that they took time to have a chat and get to know what I was looking to get out of the valuation, overall I was very pleased with the whole experience, professional and friendly from start to finish.

They acted as go between on the chain and checked in regularly on the progress. It was a pleasure to work with them on what can be a very stressful process.

GoogleWe were fortunate enough to encounter Jon @ Daykin Estates when purchasing our new home. In what would ordinarily be a tense and stressful experience, Jon alleviated all of those worries. His communication throughout was exceptional, as was his knowledge of the said property. Jon couldn’t do enough for us and I’m 100% sure you’ll be in safe hands with him.

GoogleMax at Daykin Estates has been fantastic. The company took over our rented property in the summer, whenever we have had an issue Max personally has taken it upon himself to make sure all issues have been taken care of swiftly and to a great standard. I can't recommend him/them enough!

Jenna, the lettings manager has always gone above and beyond for me, from the initial viewing to getting the keys and even now she has always been on hand to help. I would highly recommend Daykin Estates if you are looking to rent a property.

GoogleAlthough we decided not to sell in the end, we had Daykin estates round to value our property They were friendly, professional, and very enthusiastic. They gave me lots of good advice and didn’t try and push us into anything. When we do decide to move we will be back in contact!
