Ann Wood gave a tremendous amount of support coupled with a great sense of humour which really does help with the difficult job of selling a house these days!I found her advice comforting and thought provoking. Will definitely use D & M for my next property sale/purchase.Thank you to the Team at D&M!

TrustpilotHonest
Honest, professional and genuinely care. I would get regular calls on updates on the house we were buying. Sometimes I found certain individuals a bit pushy and as if they didn't appreciate how hard I was trying to get things to go through however upon reflection it was because they were so passionate about achieving a date that their seller wanted.I dealt with a guy called Daniel who was the model professional empathetic, kind and thoughtful - never pushy but always direct. He was a joy to work with.

TrustpilotI recently had need to sell a property …
I recently had need to sell a property under probate rules. I was recommended DM@co. homes By a relative. From an initial Valuation by a very attractive young lady, Olivia, to being taken up by a very personable young man,Daniel. The team were extremely helpful and informative. they quickly found me a buyer for the property! Daniel worked diligently to process the sale and managed with minor hiccups to get me a very good price and conclusion of the sale. Well done team Dm.! I shall have no hesitation in recommending DM@Co To everyone I know and will meet in future. Thanks again you ! Rob. Cable.

TrustpilotFantastic...
We were recommended this small estate agency and we were originally apprehensive about using them at the time, and considered staying with a larger well known company, however I am so glad we stuck with them. With these guys you get such a fantastic personal and one to one approach that many of the other companies lack. Each viewing there was always someone with me and there was always a friendly voice with each of my stressing and numerous calls. I did order them with so many calls!!! Not once did they show signs of annoyance from my persistent questions which I had received from the bigger well known names. And how fast and hard they work!!! 3 offers within as many days! Despite previously being with a larger company who hadn't even got the ball rolling within a week! And it doesn't just stop once they have your money, the after care is second to none and I honestly cannot fault them. Hopefully we won't be moving elsewhere for a while but would not look to use anyone but them if we do! Thanks so much for helping such a stressful and manic time be so easy and smooth.

Extremely happy with the professional service received from all at DM, especially both Debbie and Anne who assisted me along the way in purchasing our house. They were very calm and supportive, as well as assisting in moving the process along, which, with house moving is always stressful at times.I would always recommend DM to anyone looking to move house, and if ever we move again, we would have no hesitation in using them.

TrustpilotExcellent Customer Service!
I am a first time buyer and have just worked with D M & Homes to buy a shared ownership property. As a first time buyer, they were perfect. All of my queries were answered, they made the process as smooth as possible and kept constant communication to inform me of any issues, and how the process was going. I would highly reccomend them to any one that is buying a property!

TrustpilotNot what you expect
These positive reviews are suspect. Bad experience buying from them. Caused friction between the vendor and myself. Overvalue properties giving false hope
Dear ‘P Hall’ - thank you for your review, I’m disappointed with it, not least because we have absolutely no record of having ever done business with a ‘P Hall’. Please think before posting in future. I’m on 07595903811 should you wish to discuss this. Regards, Dominic

TrustpilotWhat can I say about MD & co
What can I say about MD & co. MD & Co is the only estate agent I'd recommend to anyone who plans to sell or buy a house. I have experienced many other estate agents but none like MD & co, they sold my house within a MONTH when others couldn't within a year. MD & Co is great. Thank you for all your help. Amy

GoogleMost unhelpful, and unwilling to provide information when asked for. Overall not impressed by the agents performance when compared with other previous lettings agencies that we have used

TrustpilotFriendly and helpful.
Lovely people to deal with , always pleasant and helpful even when they are really busy . I dealt mostly with David and Ann both of whom always rang back if they said they were going to which is more than my solicitor did. I would recommend them to anyone .

Although I didn't purchase a house through DM & Homes, I was very impressed with the way I was kept informed of any houses for sale in the area I wanted and the price range. Should I move again, I would have no hesitation in using this company again.
