GoogleOn 16.july.25 we had an appointment with Anisah Aziz. She may have been a trainee, but this young lady was 100% professional. Clearly explained to older family members what was going on. Can't fault her in any way. Sure she have an amazing career. Thankyou happy client.

Bathgate office. I went for help on a boundary dispute and asked for an expert in boundaries. Turns out they werent. I disputed the bill after many repeat emails were charged for and failing to answer my questions and follow my instructions. I raised a complaint and was offered a discount, i didnt believe the discount was enough and they ended up taking me to court. Still going through the courts 5 years on

GoogleUsed them as our solicitors when buying a house. Would not recommend, the guy was on holiday a lot and took a while to get back to us. No real sense of urgency.i can live with that. They knew we were foreigner's and failed in their duty of care to inform us that you can claim certain things in Scotland when sold a place if they are not in working order. Yes I had to renovate the property but this could have potentially saved me a lot of money. At the very least they failed to disclose this information which was incompetence on their end. The only reason I knew about this was because when we sold the house the buyer tried to take the mick and claim stuff under this rule that fell outside of it and I had to research it. We had no mention of this from the firm which they really should have told us about considering we were paying them and all.
