GoogleI’m in the process of moving back to Cornwall. Olivia has been really helpful and accommodating with viewing days, times and has also sent additional information via email to make the process easier. Nothing seems to be too much trouble, and she has a great knowledge of the area and good report with locals. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleI was lucky enough to be helped by Olivia at Clara Jones estate agents recently . She facilitated a couple of property viewings for me . I was immediately impressed with her enthusiasm for her work and her considerable knowledge base around the properties involved and the areas that surrounded them. Olivia was with highly professional at all times and her pleasant manner put me at ease during the viewings . She is an absolute credit to the Clara Jones agency .

We knew we wanted to find a place in Looe for our new family home and Carla Jones agents were the best choice of agents to help us with our search. Olivia is down to earth, approachable and very knowledgeable. GoogleWhat an experience! From first contact to date of completion, Carla was, quite simply, superb. Always available to answer myriad questions; calm and professional whilst quickly establishing a personal relationship that was underpinned by a complete and utter belief in her integrity. Carla evidently knows the market exceptionally well - our house was sold before it formally was listed purely because Carla had built up such a solid client base. From our first conversation about possibly selling our house to completion was just under 7 weeks, and at each step of the way, Carla was there ironing out any potential glitches and being a voice of common sense, knowledge and empathy. Carla also recommended a solicitor to us who was just as excellent as Carla. Seriously, if you're thinking of buying or selling, don't bother going anywhere else. 100% recommend. GoogleIt was so nice talking to Carla about a holiday property I was interested in. Having recently moved from my marital home of 37 years I have spent some time looking for a new home. Sadly the agents that I used had little knowledge of my home that I was selling or the properties that I was interested in!! Carla has familiarised herself with properties on her books being able to answer any questions I had. What a lovely personable estate agent, a very rare find. And hopefully she will be able to fulfil my dream of a getaway in the West Country. Good luck Carla with your new enterprise, I am sure you will be a big hit with home searchers. GoogleI came down to view two properties in Looe and popped in to see Carla Jones on spec to see I could view another property while I was in the area. Not only did she take me around that property but she also took me around a second 'mystery house'. In this case neither were quite what I was looking for but if I was selling, this is exactly the sort of agent I would want as she certainly gets the viewers in the doors and a lovely person too!

GoogleI was looking for property in Looe and had the pleasure of meeting Carla and her team on a number of occasions. On my first meeting, as I was unfamiliar with the area, Carla spent a lot of time sharing local information and tips that have proven very useful. Carla also said that even if I didn't end up buying via her agency, (which in the end I didn't) she would be happy to help with any questions I had in the future. And she has been good to her word as I have had cause to call on her since moving into Looe. I would wholeheartedly recommend using Carla's agency as the whole team have been exceptionally friendly, whilst being professional at the same time.

GoogleCarla and Olivia are simply the best agents I have ever worked with. They don’t make you lose time with things you are not interesting in. They are not only very professional but, also fun to work with considering all the stress that comes from buying or selling a property. They are both very down to earth, straight forward and make you feel at ease. They know the area like no one else and they are very resourceful when it comes to problem solving. GoogleWe researched local agents before choosing Carla. A big plus for us was that as a local she knows Looe and its quirks. We found both Carla and her assistant Olivia professional but also easy to get on with. We were pleased to have lots of viewings and a WhatsApp group worked well for keeping in touch.
