TrustpilotMany thanks to the team at Bartrams West Bromwich
Many thanks to the team Dean, Jon and Sally at Bartrams West Bromwich who handled the recent sale of our property . Jon our main point of contact was excellent throughout but they do very much operate as a team. We found them to be a very professional and knowledgeable whilst still managing to deliver a personal service, probably lost in bigger organisations. Their guidance throughout made for a positive experience in what can otherwise be daunting. We would have no hesitation in recommending them to others with similar requirements.

GoogleBartram’s Estate Agents were absolutely first class. They were professional throughout and helped me enormously to make my move easy and with confidence as this was my first ever move. Also helped me with advice throughout and recommended a first class Solicitors, who were brilliant also. All the team were friendly but a special thank you to Molly and Dean 2 really lovely and professional people. Thank you.

TrustpilotProfessional service from start to…
Professional service from start to finish. The West Bromwich branch, after some time looking around, are the only ones I would recommend to sell with. They know the areas well and give an honest price on estimation which they know it will sell at. They are open and honest, didn't mind the calls and emails, always responded and where reassuring all the time. Molly and Dean went above and beyond for us after delays from our buyer solicitors and really pushed things through to ensure we kept our chain moving. Really happy with the service. Didn't mind chatting through some of my wobbles and giving reassurance. Ensured all parties where up to date and where informed the whole way through. Considering the chain it didn't take too long either. A nice bonus to be local, not only to pop in and chat face to face but sometimes get to meet their little pup, who is really adorable. Thanks for all the hard work.

GoogleHighly recommend Bartrams estate agents as they are very highly professional! staff are super friendly and are always their to help you with any problems that swiftly arise. They are always there to accommodate and give you helpful advice. Would like to give credit to a lovely lady named sally that works at the agency who helped us recently move due to a growing family. Thank you so much again!

GoogleIf you want a no bothered agent then go ahead with them. They are worst for the buyers. Just cannot understand them at all.
We can find no record of you ever engaging in any kind of contact with us? Kindly elaborate or double check the agents details of which you have a grievance. You are welcome to contact our office during office opening hours or forward an email and we would be more than happy to look into any complaint you may have.

GoogleAmazingly helpful, kind and patient - even when there are issues with solicitors. Communicate respectfully unlike some other estate agents that spam you with all caps, endless calls and random properties. Would 100% recommend Bartrams to anyone.

GoogleHaving filled in an on line request to view a property, then called and spoke to someone, I then emailed to enquire as I hadn’t heard anything about a viewing. NOTHING! Please don’t bother with this company. Appalling customer service

TrustpilotTrustworthy & Professional Service
Bartrams Sales & Lettings are the only estate agents I would recommend in West Bromwich. They offer a Professional Service that you can trust from start to finish. They will not over estimate the value of your property, like other estate agents. Dean and the Team will work with you to ensure you get the current market value :No haggling, No time wasters, No under value offers and they carry out necessary checks on interested buyers. I Sold my house after receiving a lot of offers ,above the asking price.

The other has No manners in the way she talks too people ,like they beneath her Remember These People Help Pay Your Wages Disgusting Behaviour !
