GoogleWe recently purchased a property through Strutt & Parker and would highly recommend them. We viewed the property with Alice who was very knowledgable about the house and area. During the purchase process Alice and the team were regularly in touch and helped chivvy things along. On the day of completion we ran into some difficulties with our solicitors and we really appreciated the support from Leanne to help push things through. Overall we had a great experience and would definitely recommend the team to anyone looking to sell or buy in the area.

From the the very first meeting to the final completion on our family property Charles was always professional, personable and fastidious. Over the course of a year, he facilitated the sale of this complicated property, bending over backwards to accommodate the needs of potential buyers and was always available to communicate with us. I cannot recommend Strutt & Parker highly enough and our decision to go with them rather than some of the more established agents in the area proved to be everything we hoped it would be and more - and at very competitive rates. I will undoubtably be going to S&P for any future sales. Thanks!

We engaged Strutt & Parker to sell our country house property in May 2023. This turned out to be a very difficult period for property sales. We felt S & P gave us every support during this time, with regular communication, realistic appraisals and an enduring interest. We didn't feel that we went 'stale' and throughout the process S & P continued to promote our property and seek a buyer culminating in a successful sale. We are so very grateful for all that the team did to achieve this. We would definately recommend them.

We engaged with Strutt and Parker Perth, because I liked Hamish’s no nonsense approach and his approachable style. Nothing has been too much trouble for Hamish or Amy. And they have made a difficult sale in a challenging market as stress free as they could. Whether it be show clients round, pick up keys, or give advice. The handholding when I was an overly anxious seller waiting for missives to conclude was second to none. Amy in particular shone at making sure I was 100 percent in the loop and clear about next steps. I am very happy that I made the right choice when I picked Strutt and Parker to be our agents.

GoogleOur first experience of using Strutt & Parker was in 2022. We had used an different agent to try sell our house for the 4 months prior but they were unsuccessful. Alice and Tom listened to what we wanted to achieve with our sale and offered information and helpful advice. We decided to let them roll out the strategy they put forward and trusted them to get the job done promptly. Alice took on the job of selling our home and gave us a very personal service, always listening to our needs and always doing her utmost to fit around us. Within a few days of the house going live on the net at the right price, we had a great deal of interest and we went under offer the following week. We would not hesitate to recommend them and will use them again when we need an agent. Thank you S&P for all the help and hard work you put in to complete our sale in the month we required. I am so glad I chose S&P to sell my large Georgian home. I have a long history of buying and selling houses so I almost expected the pitfalls and inefficiency that have become predictable from other agents. However, S&P's Consultant Gina Simpson made it a very short and pain-free process. I am sure behind the scenes she worked very hard, but for me her no fuss, no headache, and professional approach made it all go orderly and smoothly to its conclusion. Her negotiation skills on our behalf meant we ( she ) achieved almost the asking price in a home that is so unique it could easily have stuck around on the market if left to other agents' middle-of-the-road efforts.Gina is empathetic, full of great ideas and initiative for overcoming hurdles and is also very personable and pleasant to work with. I would not hesitate to recommend S&P to anyone at any level, but in particular for high-end properties.

Trying to sell in the recent economic climate was not easy. We were very happy with the service provided by Amy and Hamish who were always responsive and helpful, meeting as necessary to discuss next steps and how best to respond to a changing sales market. They realised how much the house meant to us over many years and made good links with our lawyer pending the sale.
