In order to assist tenants, Jamie and Rahil makes sure to address any problems as soon as possible. Hamilton has good collection of properties. The property has been comfortable, well-maintained, and located in a quiet and convenient area, making it a wonderful place to call home. I would like to give special appreciation to Hamilton, the letting agent, for consistently professional and friendly support. Agent has always been quick to respond, clear in communication, and helpful with any questions or maintenance requests throughout my tenancy. Their approachable attitude made everything easier. I also want to acknowledge Jamie, the Lettings Manager, whose guidance and support have been equally excellent. Jamie ensured that the entire rental process, from move-in to ongoing tenancy, was smooth, transparent, and well‑managed. His professionalism and attention to detail were truly reassuring. Overall, this has been one of my best rental experiences. I am genuinely grateful to both Hamilton and Jamie for their excellent service, and I would highly recommend this property and the agency to anyone looking for a reliable and well-managed home. The property maintenance has been extremely good throughout my tenancy. Whenever an issue was reported, it was usually resolved by the very next day, especially when the property was managed directly by the agent. Their quick response and efficiency made living here much more comfortable and stress‑free. It would be really helpful if the property continues to be managed well so that there are no unexpected deductions from the deposit at the end of the tenancy, other than the standard professional cleaning. Clear communication and regular maintenance throughout the tenancy make the checkout process fair, smooth, and transparent for everyone.

GoogleAfter having viewed over a few properties (Wembley area) and being let down by few local estate agent companies with their unprofessional ethics, sometimes No communication or contacts towards their clients. I finally came across HAMILTON Lettings estate agency which is at Preston Road. A best estate agency. we were so pleased to have Mr Jamie Hamilton as our LET agent, He is so professional at his work, excellent at his customers satisfaction, patient, Honest , truly hard working & jovial person . He really made sure we get a property as per our needs & requirements. He even worked so hard on our documentation & process so we can move in as early as possible as per our request. GoogleHighly recommend Hamiltons ! They sold my house in what was a difficult market. They respond to all queries and calls in record time and will keep you updated at all times. The service received was excellent. They know the local area very well , more so than any other local agents and especially the chains. My property was sold in a week. Victor and his team are highly recommended. Amar Malik sold my property and hopefully I will now be buying my next home through them.

GoogleWe rented with Hamilton for around 5 years and always found them to be a really decent estate agent, staffed by approachable, reasonable, and professional people. On the rare occasions we needed help, Hamilton were responsive and easy to deal with. Landlord visits were always communicated well in advance and arranged flexibly to suit our schedule. When it came time to move out, they gave helpful advice on what to watch out for so we could avoid unnecessary deductions from our deposit. Overall, Hamilton did a good job of balancing the needs of both tenants and landlords, and I appreciated that.

GoogleI have never encountered such an unprofessional, discriminative and questionable service, especially from Robbie - such a rude and arrogant person. We were due to exchange house and after months of going back and fourth with complete lack of cooperation from Robbie and his team, the house fell through. We requested many documents through Hamilton which Robbie had promised, which he then kept delaying. Robbie then advised us to change our solicitor to their 'recommended' solicitor as they advised it would speed up the exchange. They were delaying and delaying and in the end did not provide us with the necessary documents our vendors and solicitors requested for completion. We have not only lost over £6000 in legal fees, but also the distress and hurt to our whole family, which is not okay. Our buyer for our house was also very frustrated and pulled out, our house turned upside down from all the packing, the long waiting game of months of uncertainty of when we will move, all down to Hamiltons. It's funny that we have seen the house has now been sold (for £50,000 more than our agreed price) within a few weeks of our exchange falling through - rather questionable. Perhaps they were delaying us due to having another buyer lined up? At this point, who knows. There is so much more to our story, but even writing this review and bringing back the stress is too much. I truly don't know how you can have a conscious after all the distress you have caused, quite clearly to us and others (the 1* reviews below say it all). Totally unprofessional.
