GoogleBad service after signing the contract. Haart offered my wife and I good service during the viewing and they were fast in preparing all the documents for the contract signature. But after we signed, they were unresponsive and careless. Once we even got a letter saying tha we had missed a payment (when we had a direct debit...). We contacted Haart with urgency to understand the situation, but it was not until several days later that we got a reply saying that "we should just ignore the letter". When we were about to leave the apartment, we wrongly made an extra rent payment. We have been trying to reach Haart to get it back, but no response from them. Fortunately, our landlady was very supportive and help us get back most of the money, but we are still missing part of it that Haart should return to us. Then, after the inventory check of apartment was completed, Haart was supposed to contact us to initiate the process to get the deposit back. This has not happened yet, and they are ignoring our calls and our mails. We really hope that they get in touch with us soon...

GoogleHaart were fantastic in the sale of our Marathon House flat. Qais took the time and attention to meet us and explain the process and their offering. As soon as we instructed them, they came and took photos and got the property listed within 24 hours. They sold the flat in less than 2 weeks and achieved a good price for us. All the Sales agents were very professional, always gave feedback and were on time. Demi (Move Manager) then took over and helped guide us through the legal process. Couldn't fault the process. They won't be the cheapest but you get what you pay for. Thanks team Haart!

He showed us a few properties and understood our requirements and advised a few other properties available with them based on our requirements. GoogleWe had a really positive experience with Wais Dawlazie! We were on a lookout for new apartments in Wembley and did not know for sure where to look and what buildings we should consider. Wais offered to take us onto viewings on several high-end properties, showed us exactly what we described to him that we wanted, and not in the least - he was extremely helpful, knowledgeable of the properties, and patient! We needed some time to think our decisions through, and unlike other agents, he actually spent the time with us waiting until we soaked in the feeling of each property and never rushing us. Would totally recommend using them to find your dream home in Wembley!!
