GoogleI had an unpleasant situation with this company, I posted pictures to a fake property. I made an appointment to watch it. And at the place without I saw something else, misery, sockets fought with tape, no tidy. Quite another property on the same street.

GoogleThe estate agent was proactive chasing all the parties and intermediaries like solicitors and mortgage advisors to finish the deal quickly. I could see that this agent has showed extra interest to finish the deal. I would have given 5 stars if they have revealed correct numbers about an element and also if they have had removed the SOLD hoarding from the property soon after the purchase.

Hi Mr Patel, I can see you have added three reviews at the same time under different names. As they all say basically the same thing, are written in the same way and are all posted within 10 minutes of each other it is clear what you have done. So I would kindly ask you to remove the additional reviews. In relation to your complaint I would welcome the opportunity to discuss your concerns. It may be possible that the property you enquired on might have just received an offer but we are waiting for the deposit to come in. If this is the case viewings would be on hold while we wait to receive a deposit, at which point it would be removed from the internet. However as is sometimes the case if the deposit is never paid we open it up for viewings again which is why they are kept available up to the point a reservation is paid. I can assure you that not one of the properties we have available are fake and I would welcome the opportunity for open and honest dialogue with you. GoogleI would unreservedly recommend Daniels. All staff were extremely helpful, always available and provided excellent support through a difficult sales process. I believe that without them overcoming difficulties presented by the buyer I would not have achieved the price I did.
