Daniels Estate Agents Sudbury reviews in Wembley

I would like to highly recommend Daniels Estate Agents. They managed sale of our house in Sudbury Town. We approached three Estate Agents in the area and Daniels were the most energetic, positive and professional. We had an offer pack prepared within the same day, while others took much longer to get back to us. Daniels Estate agents truly go an extra mile on each step of the process. The virtual tour of our house was brilliant, saved a lot of our time by not having to deal with the time wasters. The viewings were done very efficiently and safe for us and the viewers (Covid pandemic). Following successful sale of our house, we had to break the chain. Again Daniels Estate Agents came very helpful by organizing a short term, rented accommodation for us. Now we are in our dream house and look at the past couple of months with good memories. Thank you Daniels and in particular John! You are the best!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

If you’re planning to sell your house in the Sudbury area look no further!! From the very beginning I cannot fault the service I received from Daniels estate agent. They have supported me over the years in securing tenants and dealing with any issues that arose and have always been friendly, professional and most importantly, reliable. More recently I decided to sell my house and, having never sold a property before, I was unsure of the process. They were, understanding, patient with all of my questions and accommodating and frequently went above and beyond to ensure that the sale went through smoothly. I would highly recommend them especially John and Daryl. Thank you so much for everything!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Daniels gave us excellent service throughout. John Buckley and his team were very proactive and gave detailed reports providing feedback on all viewings shortly after they had taken place, which was very helpful as it kept us fully informed on all relevant issues. Tony and his team at the Kensal Rise office couldn't have been more helpful managing a property for a few years then helping to sell that and another flat for us. They were on the ball for the whole process. I would definitely recommend them if you are selling or renting out your property.

From viewing to purchasing, Daryl Snook has been very friendly, professional and patient. Especially dealing with a very difficult solicitor, both Daryl and John Buckley have been absolutely phenomenal. They went out of their way to help me push the sale to happen as quick and as smooth as possible. They took a lot of pressure off of me. I will definitely be coming back to them.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I would put 0 stars if I could, I used to live in Kingsley house flat 5. like this, you can recognise me and maybe answer. TO AVOID I rented a flat that looked amazing after 3 months the problem started first I have 2 bedrooms the master one from October to February you can sleep in it because it's freezing cold.Condensation everywhere black mould keeps forming even when I clean it.Water drops down from the windows 24/7 except when the sun is out showers keep not workinga water infiltration that they fixed 2 months after only because it was the building management who fix it not them but they took their timethey never answer you, they are rude, unprofessional and your worst nightmare if you go through them I did for months chase them with calls and emails. they didn't do anything after when I left the house for less than 6 months after time to find somewhere else they take all my deposit with bad justification please 450 for cleaning 2 bedroom apartment that I cleaned they calculated so well that they got almost the exact amount If I had the means I would go to court for this but I don't so I use what I got to hopefully save a few.

My family and I would like to express a huge thank you for all the help and support we were given in steering us through the complex process of clearing and selling our Mother's property. It was an absolute pleasure to work with John Buckley. He was both professional, approachable, and quick to respond in all our dealings with him - making the whole process stress-free. He exceeded all our expectations and we have no hesitation in recommending him and his team.

I’ve now had confirmation from Reshma that exchange has been completed so wanted to drop you and your team an immediate ‘thank you and well done’. I can’t say it’s been an enjoyable experience but you have done absolutely everything possible to achieve an excellent result, make it as smooth as it could be and, perhaps even more importantly, to ease the stress as far as that could be done. I recall the ‘hand-holding’ chat I had one morning face to face with Jon Hughes which was extremely reassuring Not least was the help with aspects outside your immediate agent activity, such as getting the boundary hedge issue sorted. I’d add to that your recommendation of Reshma at Curry Popeck who has been exceptional. Very many thanks, Kind regards, TerryPositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I have been staying on the property managed by Daniels and team. It's been more than two and half year and I have found their team very professional and responsive. Emma and Caitlin their property managers are very very helpful and always help me to resolve any queries I have. Sam who showed me the property is very professional as well. One day I locked my self out in winter and they immediately arrange for a temporary spare key and Sam himself came with the key in 15 minutes. I won't forget this help from them. You both are awesome.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism, Value

Couldn't have asked for a better service, John Buckley attended my property, provided a valuation that I honestly couldn't believe would be achievable, His team was able to generate an asking price offer within 2 hours of me giving them the green light.... Today I have completed the sale within 4 weeks of accepting the offer and in all honesty I can not thank you gentlemen enough. Not a single hiccup and very straightforward process, you are a great team and strongly recommend you all to any family or friends that are moving out of the area, Enjoy the gift you all deserve it.PositiveQuality, Professionalism, Value

Daniels Estate Agents in Sudbury recently sold my dads property in Wembley, and I was extremely happy with the service and professionalism we received from this company. In particular I would like to mention Jon Huges, who throughout the entire sale process kept us informed every step of the way. I felt Jon worked tirelessly to ensure that the sale kept on track, especially through these difficult and challenging times. I would definitely recommend Daniels Estate Agents to anyone who is thinking of buying or selling a property.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
